Sentra · The Readiness Operating System

Are we ready — and can we prove it?

SENTRA encodes a proven expert assessment methodology as software: it scopes the project, pre-scores controls with visible reasoning, grades the evidence behind each one, tracks readiness as a live number, and produces a board-grade, cryptographically defensible report an executive can sign behind.

Readiness, operationalized.

The assessment loop

01

Scope

A guided intake tailors the project — framework target, boundary, data types, AI usage — and pre-classifies the control set.

02

Assess

The Assessment Agent drafts a score and rationale for every control, citing the exact evidence it would confirm. Nothing is finalized by AI.

03

Prove

Evidence is graded against the methodology's acceptance criteria, SHA-256 hashed, and committed to a write-once vault with full lineage.

04

Decide

One live readiness number, mapped to defensible bands. Every gap leaves as an owned POA&M task. Every report is signed by a human.

Defensibility is the product

AI proposes, the human disposes

Every AI-generated score, evidence grade, and narrative is a draft requiring explicit human confirmation or override. The platform never quietly auto-certifies.

Show the work

Every determination carries a Trace Log: the evidence used (by hash), the logic path, the model version, and the reviewer who approved it. The compliance math is deterministic code — not a model's opinion.

Evidence is sacred

Collected once, mapped to many controls. Write-once storage, cryptographic hashing, and an append-only ledger keep the chain of custody intact — even through retention-driven deletion.
